Trade association for the mortgage lending industry is looking for an Associate Commercial Relations Manager to be responsible for the management, development and relationship of their members.
Responsibilities:
• Ensure revenues from associate membership are maintained at budgeted levels
• Manage and develop a range of joint ventures and partnerships initiatives
• To oversee the marketing and member relations officer’s liaise closely with the events team to ensure that sponsorship/exhibition opportunities for s planned events programme are effectively marketed to associates, and to take a lead on major negotiations as appropriate.
• Oversee the work of the marketing and member relations officer’s work in actively build relationships with prospective sponsors and exhibitors and devise sponsorship ‘packages’ where appropriate
• To ensure that planned marketing objectives are in place and regularly reviewed; and that high quality marketing collateral, targeting, budgeting and performance is achieved
• To line-manage the marketing and member relations officer (providing personal development, feedback, coaching, performance assessment and management and participating in recruitment as required)
