Are you an experienced campaigner looking for your next opportunity at a senior level? The British Humanist Association (BHA) is looking for a Head of Public Affairs to be responsible for the achievement of the public policy objectives of the BHA through reactive and proactive campaigns including local, national, media, public and parliamentary campaigning.
The BHA is the national charity working on behalf of non-religious people who seek to live ethical and fulfilling lives on the basis of reason and humanity. Managing a team of one employee and numerous volunteers, you will lead our public affairs work to achieve a situation where the UK is a secular state guaranteeing human rights, with no privilege or discrimination on grounds of religion or belief and a situation where public debate and policy are shaped by humanist perspectives.
